The Concordia nurture team seeks to provide learning experiences for persons of all ages so that they may grow in understanding the gospel and become better equipped for daily living as Christian disciples. We believe that small group gatherings support spiritual growth and strengthen our faith community.

Outreach
Church & Community
The Outreach team addresses the hopes and concerns of the community and peoples across the world. The goals are for peace with justice, environmental survival, and human welfare so that communities may become more loving and just. The team also develops study and action projects related to social issues and concerns.
Monthly Community Meal
4:00pm-5:30pm on the third Sunday of each month. Dine-in or Delivery available.
Free Little Food Pantry
Sunday: 9:00am-10:15am
Tuesday: 9:00am-11:00am

Melodies of Compassion
The loose coin offering is designated for donation to a local, national or international mission each month.

Annual food pack event.
SP School Backpack Program
Specific items are collected each month and distributed to Sauk Prairie School students in need.
Missionary Support
Temba Nkomozepi is a missionary with the United Methodist Global Ministries serving as an agriculturalist at Mujila Falls Agricultural Center in Zambia.
Feed My Starving Children

Good Samaritan Fund
Helping those going through a financial crisis or who can’t meet their financial needs for a specific occurrence in their life. Contact the church office at 608-643-6356 if you are in need of help.
Coats for Kids
Coats are collected and distributed to Sauk Prairie School students in need.
Stephen Ministry
Concordia’s Stephen Ministry is a confidential ministry that provides emotional and spiritual care and support for those facing challenging life situations.

Witness as Worship
The witness team works together and with Pastor Kook Ho to ensure that the congregation provides opportunities for worship that will help persons develop and strengthen their relationship with God, so that they may live more faithfully as Christian disciples. The team also develops ways for the congregation to reach out to people with the good news of Jesus Christ.
